Our Commitment To Privacy

Wildhorse Distributing, LLC (“we”, “us”, and “our”) is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of the individuals who visit our web site (the “Site”).  However, in order to assist our visitors (“you” and “your”) with requests for specific information, we may need additional information from you.

In connection with our commitment to protect your privacy, we have developed this Privacy Policy, which explains our privacy practices with respect to any information that you elect to provide to us on our Site.  A link to our Privacy Policy is located on every page of our site, including those specific pages where you may elect to provide us your personally identifiable information (“Information”).

The Information We Collect

1. On select pages, you may elect to provide us with Information if you are interested in receiving additional information about us or the Site.
2. On the “Contact Us” page, you may elect to provide us with Information so that we may provide you with information tailored to your specific request.

In addition to any Information that we may collect on the Site, we may collect information in the form of “cookies.”  A “cookie” is a small data text file that is stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive.  Cookies themselves do not contain any personally identifiable information, and we do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information.  We use temporary, session-specific cookies to ensure that Site visits go smoothly. All of our cookies go away once your browser is closed. Cookies stay on the user’s hard drive to determine if the user is new or returning/existing. Our cookies neither reveal nor contain any identifying or personal data. Cookies also can’t read any information on your computer or interact with other cookies on your hard drive. For each visitor to the Site, the Site’s web server automatically recognizes and records visitor information regarding the date and time of access, the Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, the web browser type and version, and address of the web site from which the visitor linked to the Site. The Site’s web server does not record email addresses.  This information is used for internal review, in order to optimize and improve our Web site content and structure, and is then discarded.  The information is not shared with other organizations, nor used for commercial purposes.

Confidentiality of Your Information

The Information you provide is stored in a secure database that employs standard industry measures designed to protect against unauthorized disclosure or use of that Information.  The Information is stored for the lifetime of the database unless you request that it be removed by contacting us at the e-mail address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.  We will not disclose your Information to any outside third parties without your consent except as follows:

1. The Information you provide will be shared with our appropriate personnel and personnel of our affiliated companies, but only to the extent necessary to accommodate your request for information.

The Way We Use Your Information

We will use your Information only as reasonably necessary to provide you with the information that you specifically request.  In addition, based on the Information that you provide, we may provide you with additional information in the future regarding topics that we feel may be of interest to you.

We reserve the right to transfer your Information in connection with any sale or transfer of some or all of our assets or business to another party.  In the event of such a sale or transfer, we will use reasonable efforts to direct such other party to use your Information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Notification Of Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our online information practices. We will post a prominent notice on this Site to notify you of any significant changes to our Privacy Policy and indicate at the top of that policy when it was most recently updated.
